We can help by teaching and creating a work environment that functions efficiently for its occupant. Our goal is to create a structured, functional, organized work space designed for how you operate. Do you have piles of papers on your desk? Are you late for appointments? Do you lose important papers? Are you utilizing your support staff efficiently? We can help! Being organized is a learned skill, but unfortunately when you are hired and assigned an office or cubicle it is difficult to know where to begin, especially if you have been promoted or inherited another person’s set up. Your space
needs to reflect your work load and support your unique way of
working. If your office is chaotic and overwhelming to be in, this
will affects your work performance and ability to efficiently use your
time. What to
Expect? Here’s a common scenario: Step One: We begin with one section, which will be sorted, categorized and contained by the end of this session. This process will be repeated until we have completed the entire space. Step Two: We carefully consider how you operate in this space. Are you visual and need everything within view? Are you able to access what you need quickly? How many zones do you need? Are all your papers contained? Step Three: We begin determining what items will stay in your space. The physical arrangement of the space is taken into consideration, or rearranged if necessary. The final product is an office space that supports and meets your individualized needs. Before we start the work, however, it all begins at your initial consultation.
