Once we understand and define a client's unique needs, we then create an individualized plan that will outline and support him/her throughout the organizing process. Let us help you learn techniques that will support you in your daily life and minimize anxiety and frustration. We will break a job into as many steps as you need to succeed! We have experience working with adults and children who have been diagnosed with ADD and ADHD. We can help break the tasks down into small, doable, pieces. We then add support and structure by creating predictable, visual aides to help guide you through your day. If you lack internal organization and sequencing then we will create external structure to help guide and inform you of what you need to be doing.
