Life Coach

My unique style of Executive Functions coaching is a process oriented – not rules based – approach, allowing me to guide and support clients through times of transition.

I teach life skills by identifying and implementing necessary structure and self awareness. The goal is to teach clients to break down tasks, take action, and problem solve. This ongoing structure acts to rewire the brain so overtime they are able to implement life skills on their own while identifying what support is needed to live independently.

If you or your young adult struggles with Executive Functions/organizational skills, I am here to help. The three main areas I focus on are:

  • Living with and managing ADHD, Failure to Launch, Anxiety, Depression, Addiction, Spectrum, Trauma, Processing, and Social Skills.
  • Life after Rehab & Sober Living. Creating and sustaining foundations to support balanced lifestyle choices, time management, accountability, and functional life skills.
  • Life coaching during & after high school. Helping students transition and prepare for college, living away from home, or working, by implementing strategies and self awareness to enable them to be more successful.

These are times when transitioning from familiarity to the unknown can cause additional stress. By working one-on-one, I break down and identify sticking points to help navigate the steps to create functional structure and awareness.
